i am in hunt of a cheap maybe used 4 channel Tx that with elev. mix

so i far i found these two used ones in my area

hitec Laser 4: no charger:(

and
Protech avenger 4ch: can this one mix??

please i need to know and I know that i should buy a good one like optic 6 and eclipse 7 but no money and time that I have and I one have something fun for the summer
