Newbie MC-24 question

I'm new to mc-24 and was looking for some general help. When I move my throttle or elevator tim up or down, some small rudder and aileron inputs are also given. I have checked all the mixers and all seem to be inhibited but I cant find the problem. I have the radio set in Mode 2, spcm and regular fixed wing aircraft. The rudder and aileron trim do not effect anything but rudder and aileron. Any suggestions?
