Futaba 8UAFS Ailevator Problem

I have a TaiJi that I am using 2 servos to control the elevator.
I am using the elevator channel and channel 8 for the two halves.
I am set up using the ailevator function, and have zeroed out the right and left half so they don't move with the ailerons.
When I give up elevator both go up at the same time, but when I give down, the servo on channel 8 begins to move before the other servo. This will get ahead about 3/16" at the control surface. but by the time you have full down they have the same throw.
It almost seems as if the regular elevator servo has exponential and the one on channel 8 doesn't. If I remove all exponential on both ailerons and elevator the channel 8 servo still gets ahead of the other.

TIA
Greg

Futaba 8UAFS Ailevator Problem

I have 3 planes set up that way and they all do that to some extent on my 8u. The best you can do is get the mechanical part of it working the best as far as end points then set you end points via radio. On mine ch 8 half never goes up quite as far as ch 2 half. On the bright side the difference is not noticable in flight and almost non apparent on low rates. I know some JR radios do this as well. Just part of the mixing equation I guess
