Ebay used to be a great place to find bargins. Now it's a great place to sell. Sure has changed in the last 3-4 years.

I find all kinds of things going for more than street price on eBay. Bargains are harder and harder to find. You usually do best with buy-it-now if you are the early bird.

I'm with wolf, that bid retraction looks suspicious at best. Just to convenient. His reason was..."entered wrong amount".
Well ...his right amount was only $10 less then his wrong amount.
It doesn't make sense does it.

I feel sorry for the poor ******* that 'won' that auction. Looks like he's an eBay newbie.

Did anybody bother to report it to safeharbor? If you are suspicious, you have to report it. If it is nothing, then nothing will happen. If he is shill bidding, he will keep getting away with it if nobody bothers to report it. It's up to YOU to do it.
