Ofna GTP Diff Oil
I'm getting ready to replace the diffs in my Ofna GTP, and I was wondering what a good weight oil is good for the front and rear diffs. I was thinking something light up front and something heavy in the rear yet I have no idea as to what to start off with. Any help would be much appreciated.
Thank you

RE: Ofna GTP Diff Oil
I have 50000 in front and 20000 in rear and that car handles awesome with a lrp .28 and hardened steel ring gears in F/R diffs. Awesome traction ,awesome cornering ,awesome acceleration. I just love my Ofna GTP2 more and more.

RE: Ofna GTP Diff Oil
For diff oils, you want the front to be 80%-130% harder than the rear/ a little less than twice as hard up to 1.5 times thicker in the front. I would go with what nicotech has, but it all depends where you drive and how u drive. I would make it 30K and up in the rear, 80K and up in the front. Should handle well, give you plenty of drive everywhere. If the rear seems to kick out under heavy acceleration about mid corner, then go a little thinner.
