i'm reading the instructions before i start to do anything and there is nothing about tuning a low speed needle, it just says to adjust the high speed needle. there is nothing showing where the low speed needle is or any idle screw is.

Would help to hear what model rs4 or engine it has. Mine with the 15fe doesnt have a low speed needle but does have an iddle screw.
