I have an HPI RS4-3 and i was just wondering what shock oil and springs is a good set up? i feel like Im not getting good handling, my sons HPI Sprint 2 flux handles better for me.

and what set up shall I set my shocks to I know they have to be more inclined / \ < like this, but how far?

or if you could tell me what set up you guys have on your cars.

I use 40 weight oil in my shocks for bashing. You can use the spacers to alter the stiffness of the shocks as well.
