ran my electric 4-tec rwd many times and really liked it also tries fwd a few times with it but it wasnt so good. as for my nitro 3.3 never tried rwd with it. i did have the rear belt shread on it and tried to run it as fwd until i got a new belt but for some reason the trans wont shift with the rear belt dis conected. not sure if you will have the samr problem if you unhook the front belt and remove the axle pins.

RE: Have you ever tried running your 4-tec RWD
Huh i never thought of that,it might screw the shifting up for some reason.Idk i asked this question so long ago i didn't ever even bother trying it.You and i must be the only ones who thought of it even experimented the thought.I also asked a question about the 2.5 and the 2.5r it's out there still some where.I wonder if people are loosing interest on RCU sometimes or perhaps they really don't know when it comes right down to it with questions that are a bit complex. That's what i truly beleive.I know i'm loosing interest.I mean i have called Traxxas with questions and received wrong answers through trial and eror. For now i'm gonna go with my gut instincts.Thank you for taking time with some input on this subject. If you see that question i asked about the 2.5 & the 2.5r even if you're not sure i would still love some input.I appreciate it.
