Need help with Tamiya 1/8 TGX motor replacement
Hi people I need some help!
Ive had this TGX for years and the motor has been dead for a long time but now i want to use it again im having major
trouble finding something to replace it as i guess they dont make the VR-15s anymore as its ancient but noone in any hobby store in my country can answer my question!
I was told to goto Tamyias website and get a part number so they can source one but i have no idea on which one to get any help would be much
appreciated.

ORIGINAL: Car-Tune
You have a 1/8 scale. So you will be needing a .21 or larger engine.

You may check OS engine, RB, or you may try ofna.

Personally, I would go with the OS 18-CV in that car. It was designed for a small block mill and not a 21+ size motor.
Tamiya sold this as a competitor to the kyosho super10 cars as well as the hpi super nitro (all of which used small blocks).
