Fazer two speed help
Hi . I have assembled my two speed gears. Is it normal for the second one to just spin freely .its the gear with the Allen key with the spring. Please help

Yes that is correct.
The second gear only locks to the shaft when the clutch engages (bit with allen screw and spring).......the shaft has to be turning at a certain RPM for the clutch to engage.
