I use the lead golfers tape on the insides of my wheels to balance them. Its lead with an adhesive backing. It really makes a difference in ride quality especially at high speeds. Nice thing is you cut a piece and stick in on the outside of the tire and see if it balances. If not shorten it a little until the wheel balances, then out is inside the wheel and done. I use a top flite friction-less prop balancer to check my tires.
