go to any online retailer and they will have plenty of listings for 1/8 size tires and wheels for onroad. usually 17mm hubs.

I think the OP wants actual setup wheels for an on-road car.....setup wheels are generally very thin and only used to set the suspension geometry......and on-road 1/8 scale cars (not GT) do not use 17mm hex hubs...
