with my revs=speed satement i was just generalising for the sake of the thread
its pretty obvious that a circuit engine actually posesses the power needed to get up to those kind of revs on the track as anybody who's seen them in action can verify
i didn't want to get bogged down in theory as the kind of person who asks "how fast will your car go?" is generally the kind of person a detailed reply would be wasted on
any way i'm pretty sure the MP7.5 diffs have a 42 tooth outer ring & the drive pinion is 13t
that should help you with your calculations

i have a cen nitro gx1 ...goes somewhere between 45 and 50...does anyone know how fast i can go with this car without blowing the engine?

i have a ntc3(wrecked from trying to top out) and i got 40mph(i used a radar gun) right before i hit second so i figure about 60mph. i have a .12 os tr max in it. when i tried to turn the batteries slung out and i was out full throttle.. so it hit a curb. in the process of rebuilding, 140$ worth of damage. the front of the chasis bent it hit so hard and the little nipple of the gas tank broke off in the fuel line... lol dont ask me how it happened...

I have one car called BMT 1/10 scale about 7-8 yrs ago and this thing are fast too that time. Well, this what happen, like about your car, I was running mine full throttle then suddenly it went out of control and hit the pavement (300 meter parking lot w/o obstacle) HEAD COLLUSION
, when I reach the car I notice that the battery connection is out probably cause of being out of control[:'(]. When the car hit the pavement you can see car part flying all over.
The car is TOTAL WRECK[&o]. Don't know how fast when it hit the wall.......now it's a o mph.

I have a schumacher fusion 21 with venom speed meter, high speed pinon ect...........got 74mph out of it but run out of space to quick !

I have a Kyosho V one S with XTM .18 engine, and uprated 2 speed, does (according to vsm) 60mph, but still have some gearing work to do. currently running 18/43 1st, 21/40 2nd & 18t belt drives (upping the belt drives to 27t) so that should make huge difference. the engine is not lacking torque as it revs out in less than 100ft, so higher gearing much needed..

I have a Traxxas 2.5 4-tec and they say it goes 60mph but never tested it. It's quite unstable at those speeds expecialy on the roads i have over here I also have 2 traxxas t-maxx 40+ but then again never check it on radar.

NTC3+ stock engine changed the radio parts thou but it can hit 47MPH thats good for stock
