there is a guy i run with all the time that was having the same promblem we came up with either two conclusions as to why he was shreeding the diff gears

first : he was using a one way in the front and a locked in the rear and we run on a pretty sticky track surface (lots of traction that is ) so we thought that sue to the locked diff and the traction he was shreeding them

second: since he was using them diffs we thought maybe his diff cases maybe either loose ( the two halfs loose that is ) or that the input was not shimmed like it should be casueing too much backlash in the gears

i dont know which one it turned out to be due to we didnt have the parts to fix it there and he deployed this week to go do some training but as soon as i find out what it was ill let ya know

i have a tc3 plus and it will do around 47 mph properly tuned on a long straight run. if your looking for real speed in a rtr either a traxxas 4-tec 3.3(bad handling though) or a cen ct5. there are others but these two i know are 70 mph cars. i've seen the 4-tec 3.3 run and it will walk off and leave my tc3 plus in the dust.

i agree the 3.3 maybe fast but like you said it handles like a brick on wheels LOL i will agree it is fast but if you run a track there is NO and i mean NO way you will be able to take advantage of the top speed so in my eyes a NTC3 (maybe a cen ...... ive never seen one run ) is a better car casue to me the handleing is more important and how well it handles and and its ability to hold a line and accelerate ...but thats just my .02

i believe the ntc3 is the factory team kit. all you get is the rolling chassis. the tc3 plus is cheaper rtr version of the team kit.

its proablly how you have your suspension set up you might be either usng too much or not enough toe in /out that whould casue it... also what kind of tires are you using ???? this plays into it also depending on the surface you are running on

OK guys, its been a while since my last post and a lot have changed. If most of you remember I get my first NTC3 a few months back and I loved it and I gt the LRP and I wanted another NTC3 to put my AE.15 in. Well I got the other car in a bad state, fixed it up and sold it without the engine and I fullly carbon upgraded my first NTC3+. Recently, I bought a fully K-Factory upgraded NTC3 with a Nova S.12. They say aluminum is way heavy but its just about the same weight as the stock TC3+ so its either that rumour was fake or K-Factory did somethign right. The best part is that i got the K-factory car, the Nova S.12 and a RD Logics tunes pipe system for only US$300 and it came with a bag with spares for everything. Quite of a steal of a deal huh? I also have been through two more Motorsport Elise bodies which I sprayed myself using automotive paints. I'm at work right now so when I get home, I'll let the pictures do the talking. TEAM ASSOCIATED ALL THE WAY!!!

i got mine a week ago i cant beleive how fast this thing goes i reakon it hit 90kmh in first gear alone well naturally i didnt even get to tune it to go into second gear cos i crashed it that was the end of the day i broke the front shock tower the top half of the front diff caseing and craked the front rims this car is really fragile but so fast. i believe this has got to do with all the power being directed straight to a drive shaft rather than belt driven which is the reason why i bought this car one look at it i just had to buy it

honestly, I have had many cars and have a nice and fast fusion .21. The os .18 can be beat with a smaller motor, and the car is amazing.

Try a RB Concept V.12 rudy turbo, dude, I tuned it today and I am curious to race the fusion on traction, I have never had such power boasted from an .12, and the TC3, its the car to have it on!

Woah, I haven't logged in for a while... Savage.27: If you want to keep straight, go toe in. On the circuit, if find it may oversteer a little but nothing that would kill you (...or so i have heard, I am yet to see this for myself). My personal setup on both my K-Factory NTC3 and my complete carbon NTC3 (the RTR I upgraded from the bottom up) is 2 degrees on the front and one degree on the front. I use no camber on the front and negative camber of two degrees on the back. Before messing with these settings, is the car not moving straight right now? Does it pull off of the line or later down after the second kicks in? How hard does it pull? Is it to the left or the right? I'll check back for your response.
