did I make a good purchase on the TC-3 plus??
I just purchased the TC3 plus but did not open it yet. I went the the hobby store in attention to buy the CEN CT4-S but saw the Yokomo for cheaper price. Then was ready to buy yhe Yokomo GT-4 II, then saw the TC-3 and the hobby people told me this is the best for a few more $$ than the Yoko...so I purhcased the TC-3 Plus.
Im not a true racer and would like something fast and handles good....did I make a good choice or should I return it and get the yokomo GT-4II?
Please help@@!!!
PS: how fast does the TC3 go? Yokomo claims 60++ mph on the GT4- faster is bigger for me!!!

I don't have mine yet (it's in the mail) but I perform thorough research before I purchase anything and my research says that this is a great car, especially for the money. Oh, did I mention the parts availability? I know that all my LHS's have boat loads of Associated parts so that will minimize down time when something does happen.
I hope this helps.

I was told the Yokomo is heaver..and does not handle as well. The tc3 is almost race ready out of the box. With some foams, a tune and a set up chassis.....you can race.

RE: did I make a good purchase on the TC-3 plus??
I own the Nitro TC3 Factory Team kit with an O.S. .12TR-T motor and i can tell you that thing is fast. I have seen the CEN CT4 run and I know a couple of people that owns the carand hates it because parts are weak and not a lot of the lhs carries parts for the CEN. But compared to a TC3 it cannot touch it on the track. the tunability of the TC3 is limitless.
