I have a HPI .15 SS and it's a real screamer. But OS does make good stuff. I'd go with whichever one is cheaper. You're not going to go wrong with either of these mills

Definetly go with the OS I have it and you wont be disapointed. The HPI is nice but the OS is more powerful. Id say it is the best .18 out there.
