NTC3 Factory Team w/ 5 port Sirio Black head
I just purchased on ebay an Associated NTC3 Factory Team kit with a 5 port Sirio Black had engine (1/2 gallon through it) that was "professionally" assembled using the Hudy system. It also comes with wheels and foam tires.
Although I prefer to build my kits from scratch, this was a good deal and it was an added bonus it comes with a pretty much broken in engine. I paid $350.00 flat, free shipping.
I just wanted to share my excitement and to see if you guys have any recommendations on what servos and other hop-ups I can add (if any).
TIA.

Okay, lets see, there really isn't a lot of parts you could get for that car that isn't already on it. There's the lightweight one-way hub, and the lightweight 2 speed housing (i think that was discontinued though). There's the aluminum shock caps, but those are more bling...I did weigh them and they don't weigh any different.
Oh replace the spring on your brake linkage with about centimeter of fuel tubing. Make sure to put a little bit of pressure on the tubing.
Um, that's pretty much all I can think of. I'm sure there's some titanium turnbuckles. And you can get some better ball cups from du-bro. You might want to replace the front one-way with a ball diff if you're not gonna race or are learning to race.
But overall, the factory team car is pretty perfect as is.

What are some worthwhile (non-aluminum) hop-ups I can add to this already pretty hopped up car?
