RE: Offical nitro tc3 thread
flynvy5 ,
i dont think that foams chunk real quick im running 40 shore and 30 shore on the front and i run on a parking lot track every week and i get about 7-8 weekends at least if not more out of a set of tires, before they really start to chunk or need replacing, all we do to our track is blow it off with a leaf blower and then run .................. i think alot depends on the shore and the brand you use
and racing T shore is the rating of the tire.... the higher the shore number the harder the compond which means less wear but also means less traction the lower the number the better the traction but they wear out faster
hope that helps have fun

RE: Offical nitro tc3 thread
I am having a problem with the back end coming around during hard braking on asphalt and indoor hard packed smooth clay oval. The car is set up as an oval car. I have tried softening the rear suspension, and so far I have tried HPI 23r and 27r slicks, and custom works rubber tires to no avail. Foam tires and traction compound are not allowed on the track. Any suggestions? The diffs have been rebuilt and are as smooth as glass with the proper resistance.

Hi,
I just bought a TC3+ with the .15 in it. It has this goofy carb restriction plug in it. Have most of you just removed it.
Thanks,
RDTC3

Hey guys is there a site or other place that I can find some set up tips? It seems to me that there used to be an article on the associated site about how differnt ajuistments will affect your car but I never did read it. Now I am lost.

manndexter you should be looking at around 45 to 50 mph. An don't look for stuff to break just replace when it happens.
