I mean the six balls that go in the outdrive, also there was no thrust spring in there. My team car has one, does the rtr car come without one?

I own a ntc3+ and I've had for just about a year now. My stock AE.15 engine just bit the dust. And I would like my next engine to be better, faster and have more power than my last one. Any suggestions?

It doesn't come with a reciever or come with sevos go to tower search mx-3 radio and get the whole entire radio and servos and reciever it is a really good fm radio. if you really want a nice but not expensive one go with the mx3s which is synthisized.

Hey all!

I have an NTC3 RTR+.

Two questions:

First question... this is probably a strange one, but here goes. Does anyone know if it would be possible to convert an NTC3 to an electric TC3 and what parts would be required to do so? Has anyone done this or seen it done?

My NTC3 has never even been fully broken in and I am just frustrated with it as I have no one to help me with Nitro. Rather than sell it, I have thought maybe I would convert it to electric. Unless of course it is too expenive and would be too much trouble.

Second question - If I were to sell it, what you all recommend I sell it for ($) considering the thing is brand new and has been driven a total of about 10 feet? I tried getting it broken in following the directions, but was never able to keep it going after the first two tanks of fuel. I eventually got frustrated and quit trying. Still has the box, all accessories, all electronics, etc...

Thanks for your input!

Hey noticed you live in CO. the air is allot thinner up there have you tuned your car for HighAltitude it will make a difference.... I would not venture into changing the Nitro car over to electric to many things are different.

You might think about trading your car for a TC3 Electric version or taking it to the LHS for a tune in and a test drive. Once you get it tuned you will love it. Our LHS holds races on Saturdays and there is plenty of help there too. You will have more fun the more cars and drivers you run with and against. What you have there is truely a miniture race car that can be tuned for different track conditions, sizes, meaning chassie and gearing.

I have both and they are similer to drive but very different Beast.

Have you removed the little carb restrictor orifice yet? It is a little plastic piece that is pressed into the throat of the carb. Remove the air filter then you will see what I am talking about. Remove that with a pair of pliers or something and your TC3 will be a whole new car.

I have seen the restrictor, but many have said to leave it in while trying to tune the engine to "out of the box" settings. I guess I could try removing it and give it another go.

I am probably just going to sell the thing and be done with it. I simply don't have the time to mess with Nitro. I need something more "plug and play" like electric. Does $220.00 sound about right if I were to sell it? I bought it for $320.00 brand new. It is still more or less brand new.

the pros are running with v one rr's made by kyosho, serpent 720's, and mugen mtx4's the ntc3 is more for bashing and a lil sport racing. if you want a high end car then look at the other cars i mentioned.
