Default Break in process help......HELP!!!!

I have put an hpi .18 in my nitro rs4 3 and i should have it by the end of the weekend if the lhs picks up the pace, i have had many problems with them, they broke the pullsart and ordered another. But anyways they ant to charge me like 80 bucks to break the motor in and i have put way too much into it now to spend another 1oo or so, so i was wondering if anyone can simplify the break in process or can tell me what to do with the certain tank runs, 1-5. PLZ HELP!!!
