rs4 evo break in

hey guys, im gonnah get a rs4 evo for christmas and i have read that breaking in by idle is not that effective. I have only raced traxxas cars and they have a special way of doing it. So what i was wondering was if anyone has a good technique that they used on there Rs4 and proved to be effective.

Go into the car engine forum and read up on the numerous posts over there. Myself, Massive Mods, Dr Nitro and Shoestring have covered break in repeatedly.
