Default Tell me about foam/racing tires...

I don't understand how to choose foam tires. What is the shore #, what size, etc. Thanks!

The Shore # refers to the softness of the tire compound, the lower the number the soft the tire. 40S gives you the best tire life to grip in my opinion. As for sizes there generally 2 sizes, 26mm and 30mm. You generally want to run the 26mm in the front and the 30mm in the rear.

Offset is a little trickery to explain but here i go. Offset is how far the mounting hex sits in the rim, with offset added the mounting hex is moved father back in the rim which inturn makes the car wider. I run 0* offset to keep the wheels inside the body.

So a negative offset brings the tires further in? And a positive offset makes them wider?
