one ways dont give the front braking power, only the rear, so its basically like pulling the E-brake, if you arent careful, it will spin you around, one-ways are for serious racing with pro drivers that can control it, otherwise you will have a hard time

set ur controller and linkages up so that you can have jus enough stoping power to slow the car down but not lock up the rear wheels.

is my diff oil to thick? too thin? everyone at my track uses them and ive been racing for about 1 year before i switched to this and everyone there said that one-ways were better.

one ways are better for racing if you know how to drive with them

from what i know, you can run a one-way on pretty much anytihng, the only thing that effects everything else the most is the driver, only practice can fix it permanently

yeh its not the tires or the oil causing the rear to come around its the one way and your driving style that is doing it.... by usig a one way in the front you are casueing ALL the braking power to go to the rear like appolo said kinda like riding a mini bike when ya nail the back breaks it will slide when you hit just the front breaks youll go over the handle bars BUT if you hit both at the same time youll stop real quick and in control lol

+1.....
i love driving with a one-way diff. i'll never go back to a front gear diff again. it makes you a much smoother driver, but it isnt for bashing. whatever weight diff oil you run in the rear doesnt affect the fact the a one-way will make you spin around when you hit the brakes. dial out the brakes as much as you can.

i run 30k weight in my rear diff.

a front one way will allow the wheels to drive, but no braking power, it lets the wheel move more freely in corners so you can corner faster, the disadvantage as elite has found out is rear wheel braking only, basically, try driving down the highway and every time you need to slow down use the parking brake....same concept
