you dont need the drift kit at all to drift, thats ike $150 saved, and you dont need another engine to do it either, use the one that comes with it, its fine

neither is "faster" the new engine in the evo's from what i hear is actually kinda good, why dont you just get the evo and try the engine out before saying you want something better, learn to walk before you try to rule a nation

I use to have a rs4 evo with a os 18 cvrx but sold it. Now i want it again but they have the evo+ now with the 3.0 engine. i can handle the speed really good, even raced it a couple times. I seen the os in action and i love the fact that it holds a tune very well so i dont mind spending the extra cash for the os but if the 3.0 is equal or better then I would leave it alone..........for now..lol!! Which one has more torque, HP and holds a tune better???

I totaly agree. I also remind you that Evo doesn't come with heavy duty drivetrain parts so bigger engine makes foam use innapropriate if you wish not to harm your shafts.

Well the OS .18 cv-r is a very fast engine and you know due to the ports its sure shot. But the stock engine and plenty of punch and more torck so that means get sideways faster...but for the OS .18 cv-r and that price and the speed and O.S is proven on the street,on rd tracks, the hills,,,just about every where..and you could cruz the stocker then upgrade! Ill do that remember engines lose conpression SO....
