Good RTR for about $350?
I got about 350 bucks to spend on a car. Previously I've owned a 1/10 TL-01 for a few months and liked it, but wasn't the best car due to my budget at that time. I've been reading a bit on which RTR people are preferring, and so far its between a Inferno GT, 4 Tec, RS4 Evo+ or maybe a NTC3. As for hop ups, I don't really plan on going all out with my car but being able to upgrade stuff a bit if I feel like it would be nice. Pretty much a good all-around car that can do some nice speeds and maybe drift is what I'm looking for.

RS4 3 EVO or RS4 3 ss .18 ....i have the EVO and i also have an RS4 Super Nitro...i love them both because the RS4 is the best bang for your buck. It has great handling, it's fast, it looks good and has many upgrades....

Just so we're clear, the 18SS is the better car (kits are ALWAYS better than RTRs), I only discounted it because it's a KIT. the OP specifically asked for RTRs.

Thanks for the suggestions. I'll be heading down the to the LHS tomorrow and will be checking one out. I'd go for a kit but knowing my eagerness and need to get things done I would probably mess it up.

The 18ss is a great kit, easy to build I finished one up with a few upgrades and bodies.I can't tell you how they run because I haven't even put fuel in it. I am running 3 mt's so this one just sits.Don't be afraid of building one.You can add the good stuff as you build which makes it nice no need to tear down to redo later.

Go with the 18 ss kit. It will take some time, but the satisfaction of building something to call your own is unbeatable. I was going to buy a rtr but now I'm glad I didn't. Go with a kit take your time

Well I picked up a Evo+ this afternoon a few minutes before they closed...lol. I thought they would close at 7 but it turns out they close at 6. They didn't carry the 18ss kit, but if they did I would have tried it. Just got done with the 2nd tank break in I had to get the '66 Mustang body since they had no other Evo +'s, bu it had a small blemish on the top of the cabin. I'll try to buff it out and see how it goes.
