You can still find Tamiya F201 1/10 electrics. Not sure if they are actually being produced anymore. www.formula1-rc.com has good tidbits on them and a Nitro conversion or two.
Thunder Tiger made a Nitro 1/10. Never really heard if it was worth a crap.
Serpent has the new F180. Comes in Kit, Kit w/ engine and RTR.
FG and H.A.R.M. make 1/5 scale gas cars.

Interest in the F1 Class at any scale is spotty. Seems like California, Florid and some eastern states race some 1/5 scale. I've seen clubs here and there that still have F201 (electric) classes.
I guess we'll see if the Serpent will change that. I personally wish there was support for an open wheel class near me that wasn't sprint cars.
