RE: talk about a rip off!!
just think if you spend over $300 you might have a $30 coupon you can take of the price .......I have seen .12 motors even more expensive then that. I have always had my doubts about the value of any of these top of the line motors for most drivers out there but must be a market for them or they wouldnt do it. If you get your arse handed to you on a plate while racing with these motors...you will have to find something else to blame it on

I have the Sirio 2004 WCR .21 (world championship replica) which is priced around $600-700 (when it was 2004 ). I can compair it to Mega's $400 engine and its not a huge improvement over it but its deffinatly faster. In on-road racing if you don't have the power to keep up with the competition you wont have a chance. Of course if you can't keep a consistantly fast line it doesn't matter how much power you have either.

UUh no it isnt. thats what the market will demand, and people are willing to pay that if they anna get some of the best engines for theitr 1/8th on-road racers. you make it seem liek there arent off-road engines that much. the engine your average pro runs is around that, alot of the time more.
