Need help finding a starter box...
For my kyosho fw-05T. I just put the mega .12 in it so now I want to find the right starter box to go with it and wanted to get some advice before I made a decision.

Almost any box with the right orientation of the flywheel cutout (or the ability to adjust it) will be able to turn a .12, so if I was you, I'd just check your local hobby shops, see what they have.

Hey Foxy...by the way, good to see you again...i have a question too about this. If you have a 1/8 scale onroad car (if you want an example-->Evolva) and a brand new engine, you need a strong starter box to achieve the spin of the engine, right? It's a little hard with new engines always due to compression. What you have in mind? I found an OFNA starter box with 2 motors, and i think it can get the job done but however, if you have a recommendation i'm all ears

It's good to see you again too man.
Starter boxes for serious racing... it's hard to beat the Mugen prostart boxes. You are right you need a strong single (775 motor) or at least twin high quality 540s or larger, to turn a brand new tight racing .21. That ofna box, if it's the one I'm thinking, is for off road is it not? If it has or can be adapted to have the flywheel cutout in the correct direction, then it will probably be good. OFNA are known for making generally very good starter boxes.

I have already the QWorld. It was TOO hard to turn my Vspec with that starter box. I don't know any mugen starter boxes here in Cyprus. Hey Cypriot Boy, have you ever seen any mugen starter box here in Cyprus generally? Mybe the J&S store got some because has mugen cars, i don't know. However, i keep looking. I must get a credit card for sure

This credit card matter hurts. I can't wait untill i order from internet. I will order dozens of tires, that's for sure. Here in Cyprus, the prices are too much expensive.

What about the Kyosho Multi Starter Box Pro 2.0? Does anyone have one of those? I've been bouncing around the idea of getting another truggy soon, 1/10 scale, is there a box that would start an on-road car and say, a losi nt?
