Well that equals my worlds record for open and is better than my 100.00 mph so he needs to submit it on the site.

will it a couple of guys in miami is runnnig over 103 mph in im one of them i just blow my motor up last week[sm=crying.gif] but that ok cause i got a better one coming its a 10 port on-road motor so im going to see how it hold up to the gears i have on my car im runnning 26/34 if you [sm=confused.gif] how i got a 34 spur gear on my hpi racer 2 im going to keep my mouth[sm=47_47.gif] its only one person that know how to do this in that the leader of the miami outlawz so when i get my car up and running going to post video in im going to try to be in the record book too so i will let u know when this wild thing is ready to come out to play

I also believe that it should be done again at daylight and you also should show the speed gun all the time. Not because I don't believe it (I honestly do believe it and I find that AWESOME!) but because I believe it worths to be officialy recorded! Well done guys! [8D]

I dont know why but no one belive this speeds are posible. I dont live in miami anymore but I have seen people go faster than 103 MPH in miami back in 2002-2003. Over 5 years ago. This is nothing new. and there basicaly is no trick to it. Stock RS4 racer 2, most expensive nova/mega novarrosi engine, one speed, custom clutch bell, modifide body, and foams. And the guts to race next to anothere one that goes just as fast on a 2 lane parking lot full of spectatores.

I have seen this many times the people in miami even had a website with all the info, some one has to have seen this before.

Every time some one post some thing like this, they need more info beter videos, more light.

any one that does what I just discribe above how to make a 100MPH HPI will have one.

no secret at all gents, I know the video seems slow, but trust me, this guy does it all day long. I've seen this car run so many times I'm tired of seeing it already. it's extremenly fast and he ports his own motors. The engine he's running is a 321p, and we have said it 100000000 times at least. to get these speeds you HAVE TO GO SINGLE SPEED, REVO GEARS REVO GEARS REVO GEARS, LAST WEEK, A TOUGH GUY FROM ft lauderdale showed up to race his Shumacher 2-speed against Chamos Rs4. Wow, the shumacher was fast, I personally clocked it at 83MPH, at the start, the Shumacher took him about 3/4's of the way, until the tall gearing kicked it and the Rs4 passed him violantly. reminds me of the tortas and the hair, Bugs bunny, remember?. sometimes I forget the video camera, this was one of thoses days. No two speed in the world, will get the ratio down so low the way Revo gears will. Atleast not yet that I know of. All my cars, even my FG Baja is single speed. The two-speed FG can't even keep up with me. Not even the nitro 2-speeds. If you really want to go fast that is. But a 2-speed sounds cool thou, I'll admit..........

I have had cars over 100 and I dissagree with using single speed. IC motors have very little low end power and cant push the gearing at low speeds so tyou need at least 2 speed. I am building a special 3 speed for my next car.

I hope you guys turn up at the speed event and show us all what they can do, then we will have to believe you!

yeah, it is no secret, buts its still impressive, and most of us know that a ton of miami guys can get over 100. Im still waiting to hear more about ziggy's CVT geared car, that thing looks awesome.

News on the CVT car.

I received the CVT and connected a Novak 3.5 turn brushless to it to test if it worked. The CVT took so much power that the system overheated and eventually snapped the end off of the motor. At that point i realised I need a working speed car by the end of the year and trying to get the CVT working will take up too much time. I therfore have gone back to my original design of 3 engines and 3 speed box.

The plan is I can remove the 3 speed and replace it with the CVT at a later stage and compare the performance.

it took u three motor and three gears to get to 100mph its take me one motor and 1 gear to get too 100 mph im running a 26\34 on a hpi racer 2

The car had a design flaw and was stuck in 1st gear. I got 100.00 mph with the RRR with one engine and 2 gears. I plan to get 110 at least with the RRR and hope for a bit more with the 3 engine car.
