Which settings did you try to adjust? The wheels turning when you pull the pullstart is a symptom of a clutch problem.

Clutch, not gearbox

You'll first have to remove the engine from the car, and then get at the clutch itself by removing the screw securing the clutch bell onto the crankshaft.

Once you've removed the clutch bell you should be able to see the cause. Broken clutch spring/melted clutch shoes/bad bearings etc.

WOW your clutch shoes are destroyed! The good thing is that you don't have to spend a lot cause clutch shoes are cheap. I'd suggest you to upgrade to a more durable set of clutch shoes.

Jeez those clutch shoes have had it! If i were you i'd order a couple of sets of replacement shoes from the manufacturer (as GYNAIKAS says, they're cheap and it'll allow you to run the car again) and in the meantime look for a better clutch. A decent 3-shoe clutch would help, but you'd need a new 3-pin flywheel to go with it.

yeah, only stocks look like they will fit, you might want to get an MIP clutch or something, with aluminum shoes, itll be expensive but worth it. I never saw shoes like that before.

Me neither! But I think that now that he knows what's going on it would be hard to destroy them again. So I'd say buy the original stock clutch shoes.

problem solved

after gynaikas explanations i manage to adjust the idle and have a good setup on the engine, now car is stable when i want to,

thanks gynaikas and stouris , i have learned a lot in our conversation,

another happy new is that the new exhaust i install on the engine looks and works fine, now i have more smoke coming out from it,
with the same adjustments for fuel/air, i hope and power..i will run it tomorrow and let u know
