Nitro TC3 Runs but barely moves HELP
I purchased a roller as a parts car for my NTC3 and after swapping the diffs and putting everything back together the car barely moves but the engine is running fine and revs up perfectly but the car won't move well? I have checked and the brakes are not grabbing and the diffs worked perfectly before installation. I even swapped in the spare tranny and the same result. I baffled. Any help would be greatly appreciated. It has to be something simple as the car was moving fine earlier today.
Thanks in Advance

clutch shoes rae probably done for, and the clutch is just slipping.
Could be your flywheel nut to though, that could of loosened off so u loose drive to the clutch area.
Also the diffs could be to loose, how tight have u got them? I find tight, then back of 1/2 turn works best for me

the back diff is pretty loose. I put a solid axle up front to help in the turns and loosened the back up alot. I will go back and tighten it back up based on your suggestion of 1/2 turn out from tight.
Thanks

dont overtighten it, u may damage things if u torque on the hex, just tighten it till its tight and then back of about 1/2 turn
