Yes but beware that engine mounts may not be able to get the engine/pinion gears as close as it needs in order to engage with the spur gears...

youll have to use 37 and 41, to make it fit, and you have to make some adjustments. Its a little work but it ca be done. If you want to know how, just haller at me and Ill tell you.

Yeap 37 - 41 will fit the red 23 - 19 pinions. But the engine should come closer in order to make them engage! Make sure that the chasis openings allow the engine mounting screws to slide that far!!! It's very important! With that gearing and regular foams your car should easly hit 63mph with that CV-RX. That's 100+km/h.

If you alook at my pics in my profile of my rs4, you can see that I have the red 23 for 2nd and the yellow(forgot the #) for 1st. But I also have the hpi super chassis. that will allow you to move your engine as close as need from your pinions to ur spur gears.

GYNAIKAS, thats the kind of speed i like to hear!!

If i recall you told me that the transmission ratio of the rs4 is 2.923
I was looking around and found this [link]http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti0001p?&I=LXJYM3&P=7[/link]
this would drop the ratio to 2.571

what do you think??

Yes it will! In that case 65+mph is possible. A modified TZ with such gearing can easily go over 70mph. And significantly faster than the 4-tec takes to reach that speed...

I dont think the TZ has to be modded, just tuned right. The TZ and the TZ EB Mod run with the same RPM's, just more HP, more torque. Im glad to hear that my car has to be running over 70. But if there is something to be done to hit 90's, I will try and do it too, but as of right now I think my car has been modded to the Max. I even wrote OS Engines to see what pipe would be the best and they replied to an OS pipe.

Of course they would reply that an os is right! What else did you expected? I'd suggest the RD logics. What engine do you have? I've kept the original 18ss because it's more "revy" than the OS series...and I treated the sleeve ports, crankshaft and manifold intake with "special" care... Have you seen my videos?

Modifying is the same. TZ is better than the 18ss of course!!! I'm just saying that the 18ss revs higher that's all! Here are my videos: http://www.youtube.com/user/gynaikas
Waiting for you comments!
