My two speed gearbox is having issues
It upshifts and downshifts somewhat ratically
ie, when I floor it, it goes to shift into 2nd, then goes back into first, then 2nd, 1st etc as I can hear the engine revs going up/down a few times and then finally it stays in 2nd

I've adjusted it as I originally thought it engaged too late and if I loosened it, it would help but it didn't, it just does the same thing but at lower revs

Anyone have any ideas?
It's for a Tamiya TGX btw

I believe that it has to do with the transmission "clutch"

The transmission clutch and the 2nd spur gear (from inside). You must disassembe buddy Good luck

I checked it all out, it looks fine
The clutch is not worn at all
All screws are tight etc
And clutchbell is clean inside

Maybe something is binding the movements. Or the springs inside the transmission clutch are worned out.

My car re is always having issues
I am trying to get it fixed but every time I run it, something else goes wrong
We can still go for a run on the weekend if you want though
