Technically speaking no vehicles are entirely RTR.
Fuel must always be bought separately, and often batteries and a glow starter are not included.

Ok but the glow starter is include in FW-05? because i don't know..i didn't see in internet.
Yes all is includ i found. but not batteries and not fuel, that's all.

yeah, it comes with the kyosho glow starter which you should upgrade but it does the job. all you need are batteries, fuel, and i'm not sure if it did or didn't come with a glow plug (they are cheap anyway). pretty much rtr and once engine break in has finished, a pretty decent car. the only problem with it is the clutch is set for a standard shaft engine and most engines out now seem to be sg. you can still upgrade that of course.

i cant really be full rtr because if you buy it online they cannot also send you nitro. it you but it from a hb they may gave you nitro and betteries as well.
