Default Header bolts backing out?

Hey guys - was tearing up my driveway last night, and the exhaust was fine for a while. Then it got louder... and louder... I drive it back and the header is very loose but the bolts were still in. On Sunday I took the car to the local community college and my sister and I were driving it fast for about 10 - 15 mins and then it was ungodly loud. Brought it back, there was no smoke coming out the stinger tip. Pop the body off, and the head is just open! Unreal loud. That time I lost one of the bolts all together.

Went to LHS, bought m3x30mm socket cap bolts (allen key head... stock HPI are phillips head) and torqued them the heck down. But, it still backed out last night.

Should I try loctite? I don't know what else to do. They aren't long enough to thread into the head AND put a nut on.

Use some lock tight or go to your local hardware store and get some longer bolts with nuts costs less than 50 cents.

Like I said they only had 30mm length, which puts maybe 1 - 2mm through the header. Thats not enough to get nuts on. I will, in the meantime, do loctite and will hit up mcmaster for some M3x35's

just ordered 35mm (5mm longer) stainless steel bolts with locking nuts. I'll thread lock the bolt into the header, and then nut the other side.
