Bigger tyres
I was thinking of getting bigger wheels / tyres for my RS4 3, (i.e Traxxas slayer tyres). Or if not, is there a better way of giving the car more clearance from the ground??

RE: Bigger tyres
How much more clearance do you need?
You can use longer shocks but you won't get a lot of ground clearance from that as at some stage your driveshaft angle will be too great to run properly

RE: Bigger tyres
There should be droop screws which go vertically through the lower arms and act like stoppers on the chassis/base plate to keep the arms level etc.
I am not familiar with the RS4 in particular, but every car I have uses this method. Presuming it's the same- you can wind these grub screws higher which will allow the arms to go lower. Have a look at the pic there's a small hole in the bottom arm just next to the pivot. My GUESS is there's a grub screw in there which can be wound up.
If not, maybe you could use a different position for the shock mount at the top.

RE: Bigger tyres
i dont have a picture of them but they have the same tread patern as the hpi v-grove tires.they say kyosho 76/36/60 on them.they are mounted on 2.2 rims.i couldnt find the same size tire anywhere.they are a very low frofile tire.they were on the super nitro when i bought it used.
