That car is a ready-to-run car so everything you need is there, the question is what do you want
That depends a lot on the type of racing/driving you will be doing. I find out today with mine that the best investment before any hopups was a fail safe system. For me I plan to bu some new rear axles, seems they can't handle some really wicked burnouts...
A lot of the parts you mention are good, I have decided on the sway bars yet. A lot of the hopup parts you want to buy after you have the car a while. If you are really new to RC, you might want/like something else. For instance I bought mine just get get back driving till I order my FG 1/5 scale car.....

Okay, Since I have 3 HPi RS4 models right now I should be able to point you in the right area..
This piece right here you really dont need because the aircleaner on the EVO+ is great already.

The car comes with a aluminum tuned pipe so you don't need a new one.. If you are good with your hands you might want to consider porting your header pipe. If you really want worthwhile mods buy a set of CVD axles, really strong, then get a set of foam tires.. If you have $200 laying around after like 2months and you think you want more speed look into a O.S. 18tz
