need help my engine slevee is to tight to go inside block does it need changing?
 
need help my engine slevee is to tight to go inside block does it need replacing.Im goin to replcae the piston and slevee but thething is by replacing the slevee will a new one be much easier to slide in the block? Also ive removed the pin that possitions the slevee becausethe top of the pin meleted for some reason but is there any way of putting a new pin inside and how can i replace the slevee pin where can i get a new pin from.

i know ill be told dont do this, but its what ever works. go to a shop the has car painting supplies. get some 2000 sand paper. take a magic marker and mark the sleeve, then when you put it in crankcase the mark will be shown where to sand. take it slow.

Put the engine block in oven. I'm not sure the temperature but will expand and will allow sleeve to easily slide in.

Try 250 to 300 degrees for 5-10 min.
