Rs4 EVO + losing control

My rs4 evo keeps losing control. Just put new batterys and hpi sent me a new reciever and transmitter. What else could cause the problem? The car just randomly loses control and takes off.

Could be the throttle servo, or maybe the clutch springs are enganging. Take the bell housing out and check the springs. </p>

I lose steering also.

Do you have a failsafe and is it set correctly?
If yes then it is either the battery loosing connection or a faulty reciever.
