Hi all,

I have purchased a motorised wheelchair and am thinking of converting it to an RC wheelchair. First off, I would need to know the kind of signals that the joystick is sending into the motor controller. I do not have the specification for the joystick. There is a single thick wire coming out from the joystick. This thick wire probably consists of many smaller individual wires. Do I cut the thick wire off? Can i get some input on how to start this project?
