Any pictures of the tools used? Milling machine?
The turning and milling machine tool I used a little. Basically used the manual tool.

honestly looks brilliant the level of detail

One thing thats been bugging me looked through the pics, but didn't see a clear pic of the area. How did you make the middle Wheely king axle so you could drive the rear diff off it?
I ask cause I have a Wheely king sitting here, and been wanting to make a 6wd vehicle for a while(almost since I got into off-road RC), but was curious what parts were needed.

the 6 x 6 center drive axle is vey easy to make. You will need the front axle case half and input pinion to assemble to the rear of one of your axles so when its completed you will simple have two axle fronts with two pinions, it simply that easy, then your rear most axle will have to be installed upside down to get the rotation correct.

ahh ok kinda what I figured, but when I took mine apart to see it looked like there was a lip on the one case half which I thought would interfere with the other.
now to get a 3rd WK axle

Excellent craftsmanship. Just an awesome build. I like your use of the leaf springs, and transfer case. A very nice simple set up.
