RE: new clod
Looks pretty mean[sm=punching.gif]. I like to fab things myself. I've spent gobs of time and money on my TXT, wish I had started w/ a Clod though. I'm not far from you I'm in Winder(YEE-HAW)[sm=bananahead.gif]

RE: new clod
man the best chassis are the home built ones because youre the only one with it. it seperates yours from the others im not saying dont buy one just think how much better it is knowing you built it from scratch. Ive had my clod for 10 years and built four or five different chassis for it and it only gets more trick and better. just keep going it gets better.

I'm runnig Axiom 65t and 55t's. They are the smoothest lathe motor I have ever ran. They are only a few bucks more and there is a huge difference in proformance. You have alot more control through out the power band for sure.

ccrum, that looks like one strong chassis. Nice job on the whole truck! I agree with the others about fabricating your own design. It's such a reward, and indeed it is unlikely someone else has the same.
