Default Here is my Gmade Stealth

Well I figured I should post up a video of my Stealth as I have seen many threads wondering how capible/quality this kit is.
So here it is.

http://s158.photobucket.com/albums/t...t=stealth1.flv

BTW my friend and I have greatly helped the performance of it as of now.. It does need some things, but with some cheap tricks we made it crawl REALLY well.
I should have a video of it as it is now quite soon so you guys can see the difference.

Thanks and tell me what you think,
Aaron

Hmm ok well I got Maxx shocks, moved the upper link to where the (link mounted shocks) would go. And that REALLY helped it "breakover" because where they were before it wouldn't at all. I used "ducting putty" from ACE hardware for wheel weights(half a brick per rim[6oz]) so I have 2 lbs on the rims all together. Diffs are obviously locked. Tires aren't glued and are holding great. Little stuff like that makes this thing REALLY crawl.

I have yet to break a part on it so I haven't gotten to experience the wonders of Korean shipping!

What I put on the rims was as I said "ducting putty" its for sealing ducts. It comes in 1lb bricks and was about 2$ for a brick.
If you have the Spider its not the same chassis as the Stealth so you would have to figure out your own link placement. I have never seen a Spider so I cant really help you there.

But I got some pics for you anyway.

I just got a chassis fron www.tcscrawlers.com and so far so good. Still waiting on most of my other parts (servos, motors, esc, etc.) but the diff lock are absolutely necessary, only $19.00, cheap like Borscht.

Anyone have any recomendations for shocks? I keep hearing about a "droop" setup, what is that about?
