You should be able to run the batteries without a problem - just ckeck the motor temps as you go. We are all still waiting on info. about hop ups for this crawler.

Thanks for the translation K B. I was scratching my head at that one for a minute. Do you have the RS10, or the Larger Rockslide?
A friend of mine has the Redcat RS10, and i know a few mods that he did really helped it out.. Tires helped a TON. Four linked his suspension, motor upgrade, wheel weights, and a few other small things.

austexjg,
You've probably already seen all the upgrades he has made. jsowens on rccrawler.com. Im thinking he has some new lower links on the way and a few other things in the works, so just keep an eye out for him on that forum, im sure he will post anything that will help out the rs10 folk.

Redcat hasn't come out with many upgrades yet for the RS-10 the only ones I know of are the batterys, opt pinion gears and the mid mounted wheel kit. The mid mounted crawler wheel kit helps it not get hung up in the center of the truck. Works well I have one on my rs10. If you have not seen the mid wheel kit here is a link to my site I have them on there. http://www.urchobby.com/proddetail.php?prod=RCT-H101

i just dont know about that center wheel deal.. Wouldn't that hurt you on certain obstacles.. I can just imagine going up a 45 degree angle,, trying to get over a ledge and that wheel hanging down just a little bit not allowing me to get on up. Even though the wheel rolls, I think it will do more harm than good on alot of things. I would rather put a sheet of lexan on the bottom of the chassis. Lexan slides much better than the aluminum. Plus.. it looks like i could spend $2.39 at lowes and make that wheel at home.

As for mods on the RS10, ALOT of Axial stuff works very well like, lower bent links, aluminum steering knuckles, high clearance steering setup (must move link from servo to the short side) and Im working on several other mods.
