Default newbie night sailing

Hi, I recently purchased the hobbyking "Phantom" and "Ocean Racer" about a week agoand have sailed each a couple of times now and I have a video of my first nght sail using 4.2 meters of the HK waterproof LED strips and run it on a 5000mAh 4s lipo and it got me just over an hours sailing leaving the battery at a safe voltage. These yachts are fun, I've never sailed anything other than a kite before but I'm picking it up quickly, after playing around with the sail tension and triming for a few runs me and a mate had them both sailing pretty well we thought. I enjoy FE boats but with daylight savings ending here soon, I figured sailing in the dark would be a lot of fun, hense, the cheap yachts. I now find myself hoping for breezy winds ripping across the lake so I can sailinstead glassy water for the FE's, then gettingfrustratedwith 50-60mph flip overs resulting in paddling. Could anyone direct me where I can buy or build some awesome fast yachts???

Very nice video. You can find a lot more information at rcgroups.com under the sailing section. That forum is many times more active for sailboats than this one. Check it out.
There are many rc sailboats to choose from. You can find lots of information on most of the rc sailboats out there on that forum.

Hobbyking boats provide and inexpensive way to get started - with a few tweaks - they can provide many days of fun for you. There is a forum dedicated to those boats if you are interested.
