Starlet Sailboat by Vic Smeed
This is the semi-scale 34 inch RC yacht which appeared as a multi-issue building article in Model Boats magazine circa Dec. 1966 through Sept 1967.
I bought the plans through MyHobbyStore Ltd., and the the laser cut parts set through Belair Kits, both in the U.K.
I can build the boat adequately with the plans alone - it's a relatively straightforward, hard chine, plywood-on-frame design.
However, I'd appreciate it if anyone has the magazine articles in their possession, could scan them and post the pages in this forum.
Interestingly I came across a profile of the Starlet and a bit of its history in this online article in Duckworks magazine:

NOTE: This Starlet is not to be confused with another much older design which was published in Popular Mechanics magazine, and is named the Starlet 36.
