Default RC Sailboat - Trying to Identify Manufacturer

Hi there,
My uncle from Spain purchased an RC sailboat at a thrift shop and hasn't been able to confirm the manufacturer. Hes trying to get more information on it so he can confirm whether hes missing any pieces, as well as to get specs on the boat. The only notable thing on the boat is a sticker that says AM China on it. I've attached a few pictures.

I'd greatly appreciate any tips/thoughts from anyone that thinks they recognize the boat manufacturer.

The boat is designed for free sailing - not radio control. Note the quadrant mounted on the deck which is attached to the rudder. The rig is set up so that when the main senses wind pressure, it controls the angle of the rudder to prevent the boat from heading up into the wind. Some dimensions would help to determine if the boat conforms to a class.

Thank you for the response.

The dimensions are:
Length - 0.9M
Width/Beam - 0.2M

Any thoughts on what AM could stand for? I did a few searches but couldn't find any hits. Thoughts are that if we can figure out the manufacturer we might be able to figure out what pieces we are missing.

It's missing the mast, obviously part of the hull(I'm assuming it's the keel weight that's missing) and appears to be plank on frame. Looks to me to be a damaged "Ironsides" as shown in this link:
