Default RC Kingfish Build

I'm in the process of building the Sterling Kingfish kit with RC. Because I already have these servos, I would like to use two TowerPro MG996R servos; one for the mainsail and another for the two jibs (which will be on small booms). Of course the rudder will have a third smaller servo. I know it's a bit extra weight but I don't want the expense of one large sail servo. I plan to use servo arms rather than a winch, just because I have some experience with that setup. Any comments/advice would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
Fred
