You might look at the Servo City web page for Servos and there realted speed charts. I see they have a HS 785hb that takes 1.68 seconds to rotate 60 degrees. http://www.servocity.com/html/hitec_servos.html
I wish you well in your search. My friend says you can have Fast/Light/Strong and Cheap servos but not all of them at a time.
