    Nirvana 2 maiden

    I just got a craigs list special and had a chance to maiden her tonight and what a beauty. I havent messed with a sail boat (sunfish)since boy scout camp 20 years ago. There was a light beeze just enoufh to get her wet. I have a few boats this is my first sail and I think ive seen the light!. Ihad about 30 min before rollcall (wife) and I had a cheese grin the whole time.

    That looks like a dandy lake for RC sailing - those pictures are great !
    nice to start with an easy wind first time out-give you a chance to make
    sure everything is rigged right - thats why they call it a shake down sail.
    enjoy your Nirvana - they sail very well .

    I'll second that- a beautiful pond! Congrat's on the new boat! I'm just getting into sail as well, sailed someone else's EC-12 this past weekend- was very enjoyable!
